Default cancellation window
Reservations may be canceled through the BookParkByMe website up until one minute before the reservation start time for a full refund, including the booking fee.
What may be refunded
Eligible website cancellations refund the full customer-paid amount, including parking, parking tax, and the BookParkByMe booking fee. BookParkByMe does not retain the booking fee on eligible pre-start cancellations.
After the reservation starts
Once a reservation has started, it can no longer be canceled or refunded through the website. If you are having trouble with your reservation, please contact BookParkByMe Customer Support at support@bookparkbyme.com for assistance.
Where to cancel
Eligible reservations can be canceled from My Trips. The reservation detail page shows the current eligibility message before you submit the request.
