Using the reservation
Your confirmed reservation stays in My Trips with arrival instructions, trip details, and your parking pass. Use the pass only for the property, dates, and times shown on the reservation.
No-shows
If you do not use a confirmed reservation, cancellation and refund eligibility still follows the cancellation policy snapshot accepted at checkout.
Late returns
If your trip runs long, extend the reservation from My Trips when extension is available. A property may require additional payment for time beyond the confirmed return time.
Extensions and changes
Eligible reservations can be extended from My Trips. Any extension quote is shown before payment and takes effect only after the payment flow or no-charge confirmation completes.
